We Can Do Hard Things. USA Women’s Professional Athlete, Biomedical Engineer, and Life + Self Development Coach, Amanda Peterson on Overcoming Life-Threatening Adversities and Optimizing your Highest Self.

Amanda Peterson is an all-around powerhouse. When she is not leading clients within her Self-Development and Life Coaching Career, she is a Star Athlete on the Volleyball Court. From playing at The Ohio State University to playing professionally for the Austrian Women’s Volleyball League and now Athlete’s First USA Professional Team, she is no stranger to the Healthy Hustle.

In this episode, we discuss Amanda’s journey as a high-performing athlete and student — her daily practices, routines & mindset that she has found much success with. We then discuss a very daunting and personal time for Amanda when she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, leading her to a near-death illness.

Amanda has always been a role model and leader in my life since I have been 16 years old. She is wise beyond her years with so many amazing life experiences to share. Not only is she a phenomenal athlete but a phenomenal human. She radiates positivity and her energy is infectious! Honored to know her and I can’t wait for you to get to know her too.
