How to Do Scissor Kick Leg Raises:

  1. Lie on the floor with your legs straight and arms at your sides
  2. Lift your shoulders off the ground to engage upper abs
  3. Lift your feet off the ground to engage lower abs
  4. Begin scissor kicking your legs while raising them vertically
  5. Hold at the top before slowly lowering your legs
  6. While lowering your legs, continue the alternating scissor kicks
  7. Hold briefly at the bottom, then repeat the next rep
