How to Do Single Leg Toe Touch Crunches

  1. Lie on your back with your chest facing the sky
  2. Raise one leg vertically, pointing to the sky
  3. Use your other leg for balance / support by bringing your foot in towards your butt (bent leg)
  4. Raise your arms up vertically pointing to the sky
  5. Crunch your upper body up towards the sky touching your foot with your hands
  6. Use a dumbbell to add resistance to the crunch
